My recent week at Hotel Federale in Lugano was an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. The location, just a short walk from the train station and close to various attractions, allowed for convenient exploration of the city. The room, although with a touch of old-fashioned charm, was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable sitting area perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The attention to detail in providing ironing facilities, free toiletries, and a well-equipped electric kettle for my daily dose of tea was truly remarkable and made my stay even more enjoyable. The warmth of the staff, exemplified by the personal greetings from the hostess each evening, and the delicious dining experience at the on-site restaurant, truly set Hotel Federale apart as a welcoming and top-notch establishment in Lugano.
